FareRx is a food-as-medicine company based in Philadelphia. We run a physician-supervised, RDN-led cardiometabolic care program built inside a community teaching kitchen — connected by remote patient monitoring and powered by our own grocery fulfillment infrastructure.
We've served over 8,000 members, completed more than 20,000 grocery deliveries, and built the clinical, logistics, and data infrastructure to do this at scale. We're ready to bring that experience to AdventHealth.

Our delivery vehicles double as mobile teaching kitchens — one asset that can activate across multiple AdventHealth programs: community wellness, employee nutrition, and clinical cooking demonstrations. A visible, branded presence in the communities you serve with zero new capital spend.
Clinical Nutrition Extension
We can extend AdventHealth’s clinical reach with our cardiometabolic care model — MNT, DSME, RPM, CCM, and RTM delivered through standard referral pathways. AdventHealth keeps the patient relationship. We help keep them connected to care.
